At AssessFirst, we place great importance on the user experience. On the candidate side, of course... but also on YOUR side! To help you get the most out of each of our predictive features, we have completely redesigned the user interface of our application (on the "Recruiter / Talent Manager" side). Discover right away everything that is going to change with the beta version on the application!

A More Informative Dashboard

The homepage you land on after logging in presents useful statistics about your account activity: Number of invitations sent / Number of contacts added / Completion of the different tests... You can filter this information by time periods or even by recruitment campaigns when useful.

Find Your Contacts More Easily!

Your contacts are accessible by clicking on the "Contacts" link located in the menu at the top of the AssessFirst application. From this page, you can search by last name, first name, or email address. You can also sort results:

  • By name
  • By arrival date

...

  • And also by A-Player Scores!

It has never been easier for you to identify your candidates/employees with (very) high development potential! You can also sort your contacts based on their membership in a specific group or recruitment campaign.

A Clear View of Everyone's Potential!

When you are in the My Contacts section, simply click on a campaign tag that your candidate is associated with to display ALL the campaigns they are part of... along with their fit scores for each of these campaigns! You instantly know which jobs they have the highest probability of performing and thriving in, at the highest level.

No More Searching for Your "Pending" Candidates...

Now, when you type a contact's email address that you invited in the search bar and they have not yet completed their profile on AssessFirst, they appear with the "invitation pending" label. You no longer have to wonder whether or not they received your invitation!

More Visual Recruitment Campaigns!

To help you manage your recruitment campaigns more effectively, we have split the screen into 2 distinct parts:

  • On the left side of the screen, you find all the candidates who have applied, which you can move into one of the available "lists" (To review, Shortlisted, Hired, Rejected...).
  • On the right side — by default — you get a Map that allows you to project your candidates and instantly visualize their probabilities of success and engagement in the job they applied for.

When you click on a candidate's name in one of the left lists, their profile instantly appears in the right panel. You no longer need to go back and forth between your recruitment campaign and the different candidate profiles you're reviewing. Everything now happens in the same space!

Whether it's their collaboration style with others, their creative potential, or how they manage their emotions, Talent Mapper allows you to instantly visualize where each of your candidates or employees stands on each of our 12 exclusive behavioral maps!
