Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of personal data carried out by AssessFirst on behalf of its clients in connection with the SCAN service, in accordance with the GDPR.

Update: our DPA has been updated on 20 October 2026 to reflect the evolution of the SCAN service, including the introduction of the written mode.
