DRIVE. Test motivations.
Within 10 minutes, you’ll finally know what really motivates your candidates and employees.
It's like reading their minds.
Drive allows you to easily understand what propels each of your candidates and employees so that you can find, hire and develop the right people for the right roles in your business.
The Self-Determination Model.
Drive is based on Deci & Ryan’s Self-Determination theoretical model. The proposition it advances is that it is impossible to motivate a person in the long-term through extrinsic motivations alone such as compensation or social status. It highlights the importance of intrinsic motivation, including the need for competence (being capable of doing what we are asked to do), the need for autonomy (being able to autonomously overcome challenges through creativity) and the need for relatedness (being surrounded by people we can rely on for support).
PREDICTIVE TECHNOLOGY
Power decisions with data.
In under 10 minutes, Drive allows you to collect reliable data on what guides your candidates and employees’ behaviour. It provides a ranking for 20 key motivation factors, pinpoints preferred activities, determines their leadership style as well as the management style they respond to best, and the cultural environment they seek. There is no other assessment known to us that can give you so much quality information in such a short amount of time.

Coherence control.
A powerful algorithm in our Drive test controls the coherence of responses given by candidates and employees, and accurately measure the level of spontaneity with which they build their profile. This gives you an immediate indicator of the degree of reliability of the results.

10 minutes... and not a minute more.
On average it takes people less than 10 minutes to complete their Drive profile. When finished, candidates and employees get their profile report straight away!
20 motivation factors.
The 20 motivation factors selected for Drive allow you to understand the situations that an individual seeks on a daily basis plus those which they tend to avoid.
9 activity categories.
Instantly identify the types of activities that each person is most at ease handling and executing every day.
6 leadership styles.
Drive gives you access to clear measurements on 6 possible leadership styles. Whether it’s the leadership style they adopt themselves or the one they will respond best to, you will get insight that could change their onboarding, development and standing in your business.
4 culture models.
Anticipate the workplace culture where each person is most likely to thrive and make full use of their potential.
Unfailing reliability.
Our Science & Innovation teams have worked tirelessly to provide you with Data Collection modules that meet the most demanding international psychometric standards.

Reliability
By calculating reliability indicators we can ensure the coherence of the items used to assess each criterion in Drive, as well as the stability of the measured criteria over time.
Our reliability studies address the internal consistency of each of the scales (Cronbach’s Alpha), as well as test-rest reliability.

Sensitivity
By calculating sensitivity indicators for each of the motivational criteria assessed by Drive, we can verify the capacity of the module to accurately distinguish individuals from one another.
Our sensibility studies focus on determining Delta Coefficients. On average, these indicators are almost 2 times higher than those recommended by the most stringent international psychometric standards.

Fairness
We have developed measures to ensure Drive does not put any category of respondents at a disadvantage, including selecting criteria highly relevant to professional contexts and conducting an impact study to validate obtained results in regards to age, gender, ethnicity and disability. We have also reduced the amount of personal information collected to a strict minimum. Additionally, we provide clients with predictive models that enable them to contextualise the results of each respondent.
