To become an AssessFirst distributor, you must have legally registered business that allows you carry out sales prospecting activities, as well as training and customer management.

You must also be able to issue invoices.

Top resellers usually have a team comprising:

  • One or more people fully dedicated to sales prospecting and closing sales.
  • One or more people fully dedicated to user training. This team is usually made up of occupational psychologists, but it’s not a requirement!
  • One or more people responsible for client follow-up in order to ensure timely contract renewals. This team can be created as part of a second phase, once you have signed your first clients.

The initial term of the AssessFirst distribution agreement can vary from one to several years. The length of the contact is determined by the investment that each partner agrees to to ensure a successful partnership.

AssessFirst trains partners on the solution, as well as different sales strategies.

Additionally, we provide our partners with a series of marketing resources (videos, articles, slide decks…), sales material, training content and more!

We also conduct a weekly pipeline review with each distributor during the kick-off phase, then less frequently once a partner becomes autonomous.

No. AssessFirst does not guarantee any form of exclusivity for resellers. This is a non-negotiable element of the agreement. Similarly, our internal sales teams do not have any exclusivity over specific sectors or territories.
