Introduction

You’ve probably noticed that at AssessFirst, we all have a circle of colors around our photos. And it’s not just there for decoration! The AssessFirst Circle Graph provides a condensed view of a person’s natural operating mode.

It provides a summary – in 4 major factors – of the person’s positioning based on the 20 traits assessed by our personality assessment (SWIPE).

Whether you’re a recruiter or a candidate, once you’ve created your account, you can get your summary for free! So, what are you waiting for?

Let’s go! Here’s a quick overview of these 4 major factors:

#LEADERSHIP This factor corresponds to a person’s tendency to be able to express themselves and stand up for their rights without infringing upon the rights of others (demonstrating assertiveness) and to position themselves as a leader. #Pink

#CREATIVITY This factor corresponds to a person’s inclination to think outside the box, to listen to their intuitions, and to express their emotions spontaneously. #Yellow

#EMPATHY This factor represents a person’s tendency to be open-minded and to put themselves in others’ shoes to understand them from within. #Green

#RIGOR This factor relates to a person’s inclination to methodically organize their work, focus on details, and make safe decisions. #Blue

Each combination of these 4 factors corresponds to one of the 6 AssessFirst personality types, depending on the weight of these factors within the individual’s profile.

Here they are:

#1 – THE PROMOTER

The Promoter appears as a determined and willing individual. Proactive, they are always looking for proposals and actions to move their work forward. They approach their tasks flexibly and easily manage change and unforeseen events. The engaging way in which they present their ideas leaves little room for doubt to their audience: you want to follow them. They have both leadership and a desire for continuous progress, making them an incredible driving force in a team. Their 2 most prominent factors are: leadership and creativity.

#2 – THE INITIATOR

Rarely short of ideas, the Initiator easily takes initiatives. They love driving changes in their work and need to be highly stimulated to avoid getting bored. They ensure that their proposals are suitable for those they collaborate with. Indeed, they are attentive and prioritize collective decisions. They can both move forward and reconsider based on the feedback they receive. They also strengthen team ties. Their 2 most prominent factors are: Creativity and empathy.

#3 – THE PARTNER

Delivering quality work is a top priority for the Partner. Rigorous, precise, and structured, they strive to avoid mistakes in their outputs. They owe this conscientious nature to the value they place on others’ perspectives. They are receptive to others’ ideas, suggestions, and feedback, making it easy to work with them. Their 2 most prominent factors are: empathy and structure.

#4 – THE COORDINATOR

Both a leader and meticulous, the Coordinator possesses complementary qualities that allow them to set the direction for projects and execute them successfully. They focus on the reliability of their decisions and work. They stress the importance of following procedures and remind others of this when necessary. They do everything to achieve their set goals, even if it compromises their relationships. Their 2 most prominent factors are: structure and leadership.

#5 – THE COACH

The Coach is key in team tasks. Other-oriented, they have a knack for creating and nurturing connections. Networking, for instance, is something they excel in. They are a true “team player” who cares for the group. Working solo makes little sense to them; they thrive and make a real difference in relational spheres. Their 2 most prominent factors are: leadership and empathy.

#6 – THE EXECUTOR

While creativity and rigor are often seen as opposites, the Executor is a testament to the contrary. They easily adapt to change, seek stimulating activities, and ensure high-quality work. They remain realistic and pay special attention to completing projects. Focused more on their task than on relationships, their 2 most prominent factors are: creativity and structure.
