Product Manager (US & UK Market)

Cultural Adaptation and Management of the AssessFirst Solution


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for execution of product development and management, especially for the US Market.
  • Work closely with Development and Quality Assurance to culturally adapt our product and incorporate product enhancements.
  • Help manage the product roadmap.
  • Work closely with business group to deliver product globally.

  • Ability to drive product development process.
  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to write market, functional, and system requirements.
  • Ability to create and maintain sequencing of projects, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
  • Dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape.

Basic Qualifications

  • Native American or English speaker and good level in French
  • Excellent knowledge of the American Business Culture.
  • Insatiable drive to build something important, and the intellectual honesty to measure success based only on results.
  • Background and/or relevant experience in HR and/or Business Psychology.
  • Effective listener and great communicator.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player and motivator.
  • Ability to partner with teams across an organization and influencing to achieve business results across multiple teams who may have different goals.
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas.
