Since 2014, AssessFirst has asserted its primacy in predictive recruitment in France. With a turnover of 2.7 million euros in 2016, the company has seen a 53% increase in activity relative to 2015, its best growth in 3 years. Between recruitment, international expansion, and transformation of its SaaS platform, the business continues to energise its activities and is targeting a turnover of 3.6 million euros in 2017.
2016, the confirmation year
AssessFirst achieved a turnover of 2.7 million euros in 2016. This result was driven by:
- a 100% increase in online sales,
- a 400% increase in international sales, which now make up 20% of the current turnover.
For 2017, AssessFirst has set another ambitious target, seeking to increase its turnover by a third to achieve 3.6 million euros by the end of the year. To do this, the company, which currently has 24 personnel, foresees an increase in staffing of more than 30%, notably by recruiting into the commercial, marketing, tech and data teams.
“We have set ourselves a number of goals for 2017: increase our market share, confirm our primacy in predictive recruitment in France, and develop an international presence with a particular focus on English-speaking countries, more specifically the UK market”, said Alexis TEPLITCHI, COO of AssessFirst.
Tangible results in France and abroad
In 2016, more than 200 new companies, including Chanel, Air France, Olympus, TF1, Leroy Merlin, La Redoute and Flunch chose AssessFirst to improve their recruitment process.
“20 major predictive recruitment projects were carried out in 2016. Across all our clients’ projects, we had excellent results, including up to a 50% decrease in staff turnover, a 20% increase in the performance of new hires, a 30% reduction in recruitment time, and finally a 20% overall decrease in recruitment costs”, added David Bernard, CEO of AssessFirst.
